ROSA UCAM GRINDTECH PVT LTD offers the range of IRON series of surface grinding machines.
Iron series consist of 5 models with sizes ranging from 850x630x840(h)mm to 2050x630x480(h)mm.These machines are offered with servo motors for Y and Z axis and x-axis travel is hydraulically operated.
IRON-N series of the machines are equipped with operator friendly N controller which has many features of CNC controller. The N controller offers the possibility of self-learning the work dimension and also wear compensation on the vertical axis. The N controller offers the feasibility of operating the machine without intervention of the operator.
The wheel spindle is of the interchangeable cartridge type and runs on preloaded angular precision bearing. The STD power of the wheel spindle is 7.5Kw

ROTOR

ROSA UCAM GRINDTECH PVT LTD offers the range of ROTOR series of surface grinding machines.
Due to its versality and user friendliness it represents the state of the art technology in surface grinding machine. Rotor series of the machines are available in six models. Rotary table Dia 400, Dia600, Dia800, Dia800, Dia1000, Dia1500mm
Rotor series of the machines are equipped with operator friendly N controller which offers many features of CNC controllers. N controller offers feature of man less operation of the machine.
The wheel spindle is of the interchangeable cartridge type and runs on preloaded angular precision bearing. The STD power of the wheel spindle is 11Kw (15KW for Models Rotor 1200 and Rotor 1500)
